The race in question was a small and unplanned race that was put together by the racers themselves so we opted to not post about it. We did have our monthly races this last Saturday May 4th and will be posting those as soon as we can.

Very close OMB race although it's kind of amazing the $16.99 Phoenix motor can almost produce same lap times and total laps.

Tim 2.43 is the fastest Ive seen a phoenix motor and that was at Western States. Rich Curnutte ran a 2.22 at western states with his OMB. 2 tenths is still a big gap lol

Just looking at this race day James. 2.46 versus 2.51 is not a big difference IMO for the money.

And that Box Motor probably ran that Lap after lap but the Phoenix I think not and how many did they buy to get that rocket that I've been told may last for 2 races and in the can it goes

The only problem with the Phoenix motor is you have to buy a few to get a good one then it might go up in smoke anyway
Sounds like exactly what you do with Box Stock--buy a BUNCH of arms and keep running them till you find a good one. Then run it 5 times and throw it away!

Not that way any more Most Koford arms are Race ready 8 of 10 and I get at least 12 or more builds from an arm

Sam also has been racing since at least early 2000's. Back then you bought 20 arms and 5 were bullets, 5 were ok and the rest were turds. Technology has evolved since then and arms are way more consistent.

Please do note that we are missing some pictures for the Phoenix Ltd race and will add them as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
It has also come to our attention that there has been an error in the report, it should say "The final lineup..." and not "The final lap..." we will update the report and repost it when available.
