The Gurney runs great Bruce. I cringe when I see it tail out on the edge of the table though. :shok: Guardrail please. :D

Lol...I coast through there mostly....it hasn't lept off yet. I'm getting ready to add rails though soon. Then I want to rout a banked oval and use this as a table.

Bruce, that video is fine! I was watching how well that car handled through the esses on the front part of your track. We use the H&R Hawk motors on the local club track & they work great. If Professor Motor or someone else should produce those 1/32 Ford bodies, I might have to build one myself.

Ya...I was hoping they would because they showed the car I'm doing before as one. Either way I'm gonna build a few chassis like this for the proxy races they have on home racing world. I taped the other parts going on this before so I could test it at full weight...it was fine. Next I hafta try it on Paul gage tires because they usually specify those. I won't send this car but another similar I will. The cox gurney ford is one of my all time favorites....it's staying here.

Tested my roller... runs good! Once again I'll try this photo thing.

Which H&R motor is that? also, do you find that the spring tension of the braid pushes the flag up a it?

HR 18,000. I used rather thin braid I think it's slot it, not sure ,and I've never noticed the flag lifting or the car handling funny. Isn't perfect but turning isn't a weakness. The nose stays planted....and really my drop arm isn't super free to just fall limp, so I'm surprised too
