What happened to the 4 1/2 FCR, That class was a very strong class at one time and are still run at tracks I have been to. Hard body NASCAR, lexan dirt bodies. You can still buy chassis?

What about a flexi 4.5? I don't think fcrs are available for purchase any longer. Like a JK or parma. I see Ralph's point about the same chassis being cheaper to race. The good thing is that we can use up all of our small retro tires.

I say let's put it on the books. Time to start making plans. First race early September, second one early october, finale early November.

If we are voting either 4.5 or 4 inch stock car I really like the 4 inch like Ralph said change a body and go but I have both so let's lock it down let's see the rules and race...

Very true Ralph ,last race I went to no one showed period... No it was 3 or 4 guys ...I like 41/2 flexie and retro Stockcars, they work great with the wider wheel base, ( ran at Talladega now).. They run great everywhere..and look like race cars, the other classes IMO. Don't..I won't run FCRs and probably not wings and I have both..I won 2 championships with FCRS still hate them ,,,have a great GuGu built box stock wing, that class is about motor and luck..not my favorite either.
Gtp and 4" NASCAR being the same chassis but driving different..should be popular any where..
Right now canams are the only thing ran at whitehouse along with 4" and 41/2 " plastic chassis..and 1 box 12 wing race..
Casey and will get back to work, you to Russell ...

I don't have a problem with 4" flexi stock car but I wonder if we'll have a launching problem at some of the tracks.  Hey, I love 4.5" stock cars but I suspect they'd launch at a lot of the tracks.  Launching issues is a quick way to kill a class/participation.  Just saying'!

Here's another approach, run 4" Flexi stock cars as the third class this year and make the third class different next season.  That way everyone wouldn't have to have "six cars" all at once

I've raced 4 inch flexi trucks at PTC with no launching issues, and they have less downforce then a stock car body IMO. There Is no problem with them at Flashbacks either.

I would hope from under the bank thru the lower back straightaway..other wise really good track !
41/2" do launch at Sneelville but not at whitehouse..
4" doesn't launch at any of these tracks
F1s launch at Sneelville and whitehouse and PTC.
What a shame !

Black under the bank .throws the car out with a just a little drift or chunks out your rear tire.
The under straight the cars ark on some of the lanes really bad .
The braid is way high in both those places..

Ralph, just a thought, why not the Viper Pit, it wasnt so far away that when every race I was at there was a need for more pit space, the last one we had to use the back room, just a thought....Kim

Those races were also combo races with the GRRR group and they decided they would no longer be racing there. I doubt we would have enough of our own racer's to make that feasible.

Congrats on your marraige also!

I hope this comes together.  I miss going to these scheduled races at different tracks.  I prefer 4.5 nascar, but will race whatever is decided.  Still licking my wounds and bandaging my finances from my latest failed attempt at opening a raceway.
