Ralph, I would have been upset if u chose to race over a kids ballgame and scouts! Family 1st racing second. Like I told u on phone only a few had issues. My issue was nothing u could control. I drove out there Friday, tested my *** off to get car better on red lane. Disition was made NOT to run red or black lane. Wasted time. Then I practised qualifying runs, no qualifying! We get points for that. But still had fun, if I am going to race, I am going to have a good time. Appreciate everything everyone did so we can race. JC martin did great job keeping thing rolling. Myself and Danny R had to leave to get back to Dixie speedway to get dirt cars ready to race that night.

On the fun side.....I think some just got mad cause they had to pay for that butt kicking they got!!! LOL. Myself and Danny Richards are team cars, will be riding together to these races. Finished only 5 or so ft apart on same lap.

WTG, Bud and Red, y'all were right on JC Martin's tail.

That ain't easy to do :good: When you start getting close to him, he just keeps ramping up his game.

Hard to get close when only running 4.9 against 4.7s. Wouldn't have been that fast if Bud hadn't lent me a motor. THANKS BUD! Where are the rest of the results?

Waiting on Ralph to post the rest, red. Did anyone get pictures or the results for GTP or stockcar? Those were pictures I took and had Steve take the picture of Danny, JC,and myself. I don't know who won, finishing order of last two races. Think James Jonhnson said JC won GTP with RED second and James 3rd? If correct, great run, red.

That blue and white #9 looks light. Did anyone weigh that car after the race?

Pablo,

Just because you don't see it posted on the Blog doesn't mean it's not being said.

This happens to people all the time in this hobby.

I can't find a single "hater", "unhappy with RT", "don't like Outlaw SS rules", "RT is a cheater", or "ungrateful of your efforts" post on Slotblog.

If there is, please point me to it.

Terry, please re-read exactly what I wrote. :diablo: This time I even highlighted it for you. At the time I made that post, I was unaware of any.

If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me. But I don't appreciate being lectured in a condescending manner just because I stated a fact in support of a Slotblog member. :bad:

Pablo - I think you may have misunderstood my post.

You stated that you couldn't find any "bad" comments about Ralph on the Blog.

I for one have not seen any myself and my statement (that was not intended as a lecture or to be condescending) was that although you and me cannot see it being done in public, does not mean people are not badmouthing him behind his back.

I consider Ralph to be a good friend who does a lot to try and help promote growth in this wonderful little hobby we all love so much.  Ralph is a grown man and doesn't need me to defend him but I would do so in a minute if I knew someone was badmouthing him.

Again, I think you may have misunderstood what I meant and that's okay, if not, please let me know.

Have a good day.

Fair enough, Terry, but I didn't misunderstand anything. Your post # 36 above says:

"Pablo,

Just because you don't see it posted on the Blog doesn't mean it's not being said."

Obviously, I can't control the entire world. I do, however, have some control on Slotblog.

The way you worded your post totally twists what I said. If my name had not been in your post, it would have made perfect sense.

However, as you wrote it, it specifies me and insinuates I'm thick. In private, you are welcome to think that :)

But when you print my name and appear to lecture me, it won't fly.

Unfortunately words said in print don't have the benefit of body language or facial expression.

Then again you can't punch someone in print either. ;-)

Okay Pablo, I never insinuated that you were "thick".  That is you reading between the lines in my opinion and you are way off base.

David - You totally nailed it.  Words in print can be viewed very differently from one person to the next. The main reason that I hate sending emails and now also posting comments on the Blog.  As far as the Blog goes, I think I'll just go back to being a creeper.

Someone once said to me "opinions are like aholes, everyone has one".  Truer words have never been spoken.

Today is my Birthday so I think I will go do something usefull and eat some cake. lol

Peace

Good deal, Terry, now I'm "off base" and an "ahole" in your opinion.

Anything else you'd like to add, as long as you're on a roll ? :clapping: :D

Wow, talk about twisting what someone says.  :dash2:

This is pointless, congrats Pablo, you win, I'm out.

Have a good weekend sir!
