Is that 2 rails of .062", Craig, soldered fore/middle/aft?

Tex, .0625" outer, .055" inner and yes.....Soldered as you mentioned

The four rails of .047 really seemed to work well thru the doughnut and top turn. The car really seemed neutral I was running JK untreated mid hubs it seemed to need more motor I'm going to try Ferrari 712 body as well as nn ti22

JK kit modified. Z rail configuration.

:) Nice build Preston!!!!  One thing I would suggest is to add braces to the motor bracket.  With the narrow bracket and long axle tubes they bend very easily.

Agreed, a nice interpretation of a "familiar" design! I need to start investigating this multi-rail concept.

hmmmmmmm no movement in either chassis,,,,,,,
me thinks ya needs a bit of some type,check out Cukras new rides,
they have a tiny bit of pan movement,my Samson built Hanada F1,and Kamo/Hanada both have
a bit of pan movement,,,but to each his own

There is tiny movement in the F1 car. But Can Am is all flex from my proven previous ride! We will see,

Then I had to rebuild my Samson, so i took a different main rail approach... 53CD7AFD-16AD-4D84-AF4C-43B7AB79CF47-974

 

1.062 1 .055 on each side... also cleared up the rear braces.
