Hey Guys! My feeble recollections with-out the source of past publications is that the angle-winders came to effect at the end of '67 or beginning of '68. The motors at big events wound up like screaming cats. Most tracks had batteries with a lot of them using track transformers keeping the batteries up. It seems that memories also re-call a lot of problems with power supplies back then. Gus
