A few years ago,(back when I was still working and received NASA bulletins), NASA spotted one of those big inflatable
rubber duckies from one of their geo satellites and couldn't figure out what it was. Looking down directly from above
you can't tell what it is, so there was some excitement that it might be some kind of Russian or Chinese spy ship. I
found that very amusing, because if I was going to make a spy ship, I certainly would not paint it yellow. Better yet
was the posting the next day, which explained what it was. How did they find out? By reading the local newspaper
from the area where the thing was sighted. These type of events always remind me of the old movie, "The Russians
are coming, the Russians are coming!". "Emergency, emergency! Everybody to get from street!".
