It sounds like all your rhetoric, that the rules makers just cater to JK, is unfounded.
The rule was amended because the ISRA, USRA, and FNRS use that width rule.

That is your opinion.
I do know FL was against no front wheels when suggested. Then the C-43 came out and a rule change happend.
Many know if another manufacturer came up with the idea first, it would have never been approved, IMO of course.
Seems there can be perceived suspicion IMO.
