Not sure if i posted this before but this is the German made Kress 25,000 RPM Spindle. It's like a huge dremel on steroids.

I would add some tooling plate locating holes that are precision located and reamed. An easy pattern so you can design and make specific tooling to do a job. Then you just bolt the tooling plate back in, set tools and go.

I thought of that but decided I could do something similar with the T-Slots

Mark, following your suggestion I added 4 tapped holes with stainless steel inserts to my design. I'll get a fancy set of Misumi location pins. LOL

Because my side rails are stacked 30x60 extrusions I have an unlimited number of attachment points. These are cable mounts that fit in the t-slot.

Having an aluminum frame makes it hard to add magnetic attachments so I added some steel plates. Waiting for my T-Slot Table.

I used 6 14-20 Bolts trough slotted holes in case my measurements were slightly off into 80/20 T-Slot Nuts with 30x60 mm extrusions. This method maintained my Z-Axis as well as adding additional rigidity plus it looks awesome.

Step 2 will be to bolt the CNC Machine to the table using 4 M8 Bolts.

Organizing the the extrusions for my enclosure. 80/20 calls their extrusions an "erector set for adults", I can see why.
