Chad423 was nice enough to donate not one, but TWO trackside pit caddys. They're a really nice design since they are made to hang on the side of the track. 3D printing is amazing!

Memorial day weekend update: we have raised $640 thus far. With 160 tickets sold, the odds are very good! Of course we hope many tickets will be sold at the race, but the odds are better than the lottery

I'm sure John's had a long weekend and posting the winners is not a priority. I know when I ran the Ohio Valley Retro series getting the results posted that day was the last thing I worried about, I was wore out. I'm sure John's wore out too. If it took him a week to get them posted I'd understand, it's a lot of work doing big races like this.

Uh, yes, I will be posting at least the winners that need to be mailed. I wasn't able to write down every single winning ticket. I'm not as tech-savvy as some people are and after staying to watch the A main to see who would become the new "Don", I had nearly 3 hour ride home...just winding down now before I head to bed.

Ok, since inquiring minds want to know...here are the winners from the pre-race ticket sales. If you can, please PM me with your mailing addresses, and/or I will contact you via the email account linked to your paypal.
Paul Walcott: Parma Ti22 wide nose body
Bernie Schatz: Redrum braid jiuce
Jim Dunaway: Thunder tires
Jeff Chambers: Parma Ti22 wide nose body
Eric Linsley: pit caddy
Bill Fulmer: RTR controller bag
Gary Adams: Thunder tires
Michael Shepard: Redrum braid juice
Pete Linszky: Dominator "Fang" F1 chassis kit
If for any reason you have no use for these prizes, contact me and maybe I can substitute something you can use. These are all typically used in Retro East races.
Also, if any of the race attendees that won something that are here on the blog can post what they won, I would appreciate it.

Many thanks to those who donated the prizes:
Noose and Tony P for the car
Jersey John for the chassis certificate
Caveman Bodeez for the body and interior
Dom "The Dominator" Luongo for the Fang chassis kit
RGEO for the Razzo chassis kit
Ralph Thorne Racing for the controller bag
Chad 423 here on slotblog for the two pit caddys
Rich Theisen for the broken in RH motor (his motors were some of the fastest in the field)
Swiss army knife from Noose (I donated one as well)
10 packages of 10 pair of Paw Paw braid from the Bonanos
Parma for clear bodies (I think there were about 6?)
Port Jeff raceway for two pairs of Thunder tires
Gary Clinton Jr for the Redrum braid juice (2 bottles)
Chubby (Joe Salzman) for the pair of high quality ball bearings
Total raised to donate to wounded warrior was $1680. Since we started doing this in 2013, we have raised $9623 to donate to Wounded Warrior Project. Again, thanks to everyone who donated prizes, we had a total of 32 items that we gave away this year. And thanks to everyone who purchased tickets.

Big Thanks to John for running the raffle it is extremely hard work and a massive time consumer. Thanks to Ralph Thorne of RTR for suppling the controller bag.

I changed the body out and tried the Wounded Warrior car on the track yesterday. The only adjustment I made was adding 020 in spacers for ride height. The car is amazing smooth and quiet. The Track record on the 100 foot Reverse Orange is 3.300 set by Willy Custer. I was in the 3.3's with the car once it got heat in the tires. My best lap was 3.330. Thanks to Tony P. for a great build, Noose for the prep and button up work on the car. Johnny VW for putting the raffle together and all the others that donated for a worthy cause.
