Pablo, it's good you came to that conclusion. I've learned a long time ago---NEVER buy anything like a car or house without a complete personal inspection!! Good luck with your search--take your time and get what you want. Happy Thanksgiving!!

My search continues. I have to say my realtor Courtney Smith is one hard working dude and he's keeping me out of trouble. If you are planning to move to SE TN, this is your guy. Just bring lots of money, good credit, and patience

Second house turned out to be a winner. Built in 1989. Passed both house and pest inspections to my satisfaction. I'm pretty sure this is going to be "the one" I'm pretty revved up Soon as the closure is final, time to pack my stuff and head north up the Tennesseee River

My girlfriend weighs 150 but you don't see me crying much
Seriously, my move plan is working well and my realtor is the best in the business. This guy knows exactly what he is doing and I trust him 100%. I just wanted to say that now, instead of waiting for success at closure.

Congratulations Paul.
I can't wait to see the first time you repair the copper plumbing. (This is not a dig, I have repaired more plumbing leaks than I care to count and I am sure your soldering work will be so much "cleaner" than mine.)

Thanks guys!
Buying a home in another state "sight unseen" and moving with one single trip isn't easy. But I did it, thanks to my team of pros

The Eagle has landed. House exceeds my expectations. Fully enclosed wood privacy fence for my dog. Neighbors and dogs are all friendly. Neighborhood is silent. And the dog door is perfect height for JoJo
I'll take credit for proper planning, but smart people made this all happen for me. Especially Courtney Smith and my driver from MS to TN, John Clow. John visited "The Raceway" last night for a few laps and was totally impressed, of course
