We race under IRRA rules with some exceptions, we'll run whatever classes we have enough participants in.

John Blewett III Memorial Race coming to NJ Slot Sport

Where: NJ Slot Spot - 2040 Route 33 Neptune City, NJ 07753 (across from Jersey Shore Hospital)

Time: 10:00 AM - Store opens for practice, 12:00 PM - Time Trials start

What: 4" Amateur NASCAR - Rules found HERE. Also the 1/24 Whelen NASCAR Modifieds will be on the card as a support division.

Race Format:
Draw for Time Trials. Top 6 will transfer to A Main through Time Trials, Top 6 after Time Trials will redraw for Lane Choice in the Feature. Remaining cars go to the B Main. Top two from the B Main will transfer into the A Main. First car to get to 766 Laps wins! A Main will have 3 minute heats and the B Main will have 1 minute Heats.

Entry Fee: $10 and there will be a CASH Payout after the race! $5 for the NASCAR Modifieds.

Also throughout the day there will be a race car show and a 50/50 Raffle with the proceeds going to charity! Lunch will also be provided to the racers. After the 50/50 save your tickets for raffle prizes!

We are encouraging anyone with a classic car or a race car to bring it for the Car Show! WE SIMPLY WANNA PACK THE JOINT!

This will be our first big race on our BRAND-NEW QUAD-OVAL!
