l have a 166' Gary Gerding Engleman track for sale. l purchased this with a location in mind but it was sold (the location) soon after l bought it. l hate to part with it but the time has come.
l don't have any pictures of the track set up as l have never sat it up, there was a picture of it on the Gerding Fast Tracks web site, but that site didn't exist last time(s) l looked for it, the caption on the picture reads "Southlands Raceway" the banked end of the track is lettered "Memory Lanes Slot Car Club."
The track has been stored neatly stacked in dry storage both by me and the person l bought it from. The surface is better then 90% of the tracks l see pictures of in use, it is well marked to be put back together. l can take some pics of a few of the individual sections to show the condition if needed.
The braid has been very neatly removed and it is ready to be rebraided, l have two shrink-wrapped 500' spools of 1/4" braid from Slot Car Corner and a partial roll. l have braided two small sections. The lane width is 4-1/2" so this would be an excellent track for most any class of racing from Womps to Gp 7 (if anybody races them any more).
l'd like to get $750 for the track (quite a loss) and whatever the going price is for the spools of braid. Thanks for looking. PM me if interested.
