I am not a fan of no move-ups and no final race, mano a mano, to determine the winner.
I agree in essence, but would the wing cars of today stand up to 4 consies, 2 semis and a main? Obviously I haven't raced a wing car in over 25 years so certainly don't consider myself to be an expert, but they seem so fragile. There were times with only three-four cars on the track, if there were move-ups would there be eight healthy cars left? Then it's the Catch-22, you could make them stronger to survive the carnage but then would it be fast enough to be competetive? It might be interesting to try, I don't know, just speculating.
