First G12 motor i have built using Cahoza brushes . Numbers look about right . 6 amps at 4 volts. The only way to be really sure though is to race it .

Were your brushes pre-radiused or are they well-rounded from running it on the power supply?

I pre radiused the brushes by putting them is a S16D motor then running for 30 to 40 minutes .

Before today's brush cutting tools, I used a hobby micro file for years that was flat on one side & curved on the other.
