Is the much lower attendance on the World's track due to the scheduled day of the week, or popularity of the Moody Mile track?

Doesn't count towards the overall championship, takes away testing time, and is difficult to pick up. So understandable for most to rule it out but still the most fun and least stressful race of the week though most of the time.
