Don't quote me, but I think JK may be in process of updating the dual bearing motor if Jim hasn't already.
You can try messaging Jim here or on FB. I know the Hawk 7 # JK30307 was updated just before November last year.
A motor is only as fast as the chassis it's in.

Your post doesn't make sense.
How could the comm rotate?
It could possibly rock back and forth a tiny bit but if it really rotated, it would break the wires wrapped around the stack.

Use a drop of superglue to secure the comm in place. That's what we used to do after heating oriental 16D arms to loosen the comms for re-timing.
I intend to live forever! So far, so good.
