I just restored these two Ferrari 612s.  I painted them with TCL back when the bodies were new (late 1968).  Over the years, the bodies curled up.
With a heat gun and a wood block, I managed to straighten out the bodies to usable condition.  I will let you know how the complete car runs.  A chassis will be found for the second body.

The Dynamic brand body below.  Thanks to Victor confirming the brand.  The car originally had a small wing above the engine detail.  The original B-motor ran hot, so a hole was cut in the body above the motor.  The hole has since been repaired.

The car now has an anglewinder chassis and an A-can motor.  The Mura motor has a "can in a can" magnet shim and magnets and a Lenz armature.  The old rear tires have been replaced with orange ones.
The car originally had a flat wire chassis with a B-can motor.  I found a couple of the original chassis pieces.  Since I do not have any flat wire to restore/recreate the original chassis, this chassis and motor will do.

Both bodies were badly curled.  Here is the Lancer body being straightened.

Rick sent this picture confirming the Lancer brand for the body.  Note, it is called a Ferrari 6.3

It takes 🏀's to use a heat gun. I wind up with a bad Salvador Dalì immatation.

Your a brave man using a heat gun, I use really hot water myself.

You inspire me to get this one front and center. This was not as badly warped as yours but I been fixing when I have time. Repaired the wing, fixed the corner splits and un-warped it so far.

It is a MESAC Don Sloan body. Still looking for the appropriate chassis.

Rod, do I see a MESAC decal on your #60 car?

And a pic of the 1/1 car with its wings and fins.

Red Bull didn't have wings in Mexico yesterday. The wing really makes it on your car Martin.

Previously posted car.  The wing was similar to this one.

The second Ferrari was completed.  Both cars handle nice and are fun to drive.  The Champion 517 motor supplies good power.  The Mura A can motor is faster.  You could tell that the heavy Mura motor affects handling.  The fresh orange tires on car 70 worked well.  Car 60 uses Parma rear tires.  It was fun resurrecting the two cars.
