Since it has often been misunderstood by many people, let me iterate that the race management software "LapMaster" is not made by "CarSteen."
 
I, Carsten Groennemann, and my dear old childhood friend, Steen Michaelsen, started making hand controllers together many, many years ago. Hence the name "Carsten" and "Steen" was used to make the brand name "CarSteen" for the controllers.
 
Later, I created the LapMaster software, and focused on that, while Steen keept going with the hand controllers, still using the "CarSteen" trading name.
 
Steen has unfortunatly been diagnosed with an Alzheimer related decise, as announced in another post by his son and daughter.
 
This announcement have no impact on the LapMaster software, for which I will keep supporting and hopefully keep the six-month cadence on new releases for as long as I can muster.
 
Likewise, since I have not been involved with CarSteen controllers for more than a decade, I cannot offer any repair service for them, even though it sort of, or partly, carries my name.
 
I trust everyone can understand this most unfortunate situation.
