Here are the dates and information for our upcoming retro series at Duffy's SlotCar Raceway.
The series will consist of 11 races that are awarded points for concours, TQ .and overall finish. Your best 6 results will be compiled for your overall finish. Up to 5 results can be dropped meaning if you can only make 6 races, you are still eligible for end of season awards and status. The Duffy's Retro Challenge in July will count as double points. Due to popularity, the race in December Will continue on as Rudolph's Retro Revenge. This is a non points event that will be treated as our end of year party and awards ceremony for the 2026 season We had 22 entries in all classes in 2025!
We will continue to use IRRA based rulesets for all classes. We reserve the right to disallow a component that is IRRA mandated due to availability or potential non conformation of said rulesets. In this occurence we will notify of the action immediately both on this forum as well as Facebook.
We will qualify with 12 or more entries and will continue to race a one and done format with no bumps and the ability to win and place from any main.
All races will be competed on our 1965 American Raceways King track powered at 13.6v.
Awards - Monthly races will award the top 8 drivers in each class. Concours winners will continue to receive a free body of their choice. We will award top 10 awards in each class at the end of season as well as a King of the Mountain award for the driver with the most amount of accumulated points for all 3 classes combined.
Entry fees are $15 per class
We will continue to serve something for breakfast, coffee, lunch, and sometimes dinner with your entry fee.

We are hoping with this established schedule that it will help everyone plan for the season. We are hoping that this format will allow out of state racers to join us more frequently and have a chance of being a points contender and possibly even a spoiler. Our Retro program grows every year and we are on track for a great 2026 season.
If anyone is interested in helping with keeping points, taking pictures, helping with the coming website, raceday preparation or help... please let Leslie or I know.
We are equally posting both on Slotblog and our Facebook accounts for 2026. People of all generations should be able to follow along. Who knows, maybe we will get savvy and start an Instagram account.
We will have a copy of all of this at the raceway.
