Two hours to go... I fear YouTube is going to go bankrupt without all the political ads interrupting a video every three minutes. YouTube's ad revenue decrease will only be challenged by the print shops that made the mailers and door hangers.
Then I have to endure this trite-full ritual again in a few months. I fear it will be amplified 20x before November. I will enjoy the relative peace in the meantime.

The best $15.99 a month investment I made recently is signing up for YouTube Premium.
No commercials. I wish I would have done it sooner.
No more ED commercials with unattractive woman lamenting why their partner can't perform.
Worse than that were any commercial with the monotone AI female voiceover.

Get an ad blocker plugin for your web browser. Costs nothing and you won't see any ads in YT videos.

Bill, I have Adblock Plus, regular YouTube doesn't work with it engaged. On the other hand, I haven't seen an
ad on regular YouTube for several months.
This is the one I have. The version number is v6.42.0 I'm guessing that it's an older version?
