Get ready for Season 14 of the New England Retro Racing Series!

 

It will be another ten-event season at three different raceways, but we're changing up the venues. Due to lack of participation, we won't be visiting Speedy's Fast Lanes this year, but will be heading to Rooster Raceway, conveniently located in Southwick, MA, to run two events on their Hillclimb track. We'll still be running four events each at Modelville Hobby and 1010 Raceway. 

 

The season will kickoff on Saturday, August 29th, at MVH, with GT Coupes on the Royal followed by F-1 on the King.

The raceway is located at 222 College Road, Southwick, MA. 

The guy who operates it is Ron Deedy.

Not sure of his hours, but we discussed his being open for practice on the Friday prior to the Saturday NERR race, similar to other venues we visit. 

The track is Richard Payne's old Hillclimb. Rob, Larry and I have run on it recently and it is a blast to drive. He is still working out some bugs with the red lane, but should have it resolved well before we visit. 

It would be great to see you at a race this season!

ATTENTION NERR RACERS!

 

The Season 14 Schedule has been REVISED! Please note the following changes in you race planning.

 

NERR will be heading to PJ Raceway in Ronkonkoma, NY, for Race No. 2 on September 19, 2026. 

PJ will be co-hosting NERR and Retro-East at this event which will feature F-1 and Can-Am on the Hillclimb. 

Additionally, the classes for Race No. 1 have been changed. On August 29, we will still be running GT Coupes on the Royal but will now be running Stock Cars on the King.
