Early in the race Cody Pare’, Rob Hayes, and Noah Ball were logging the most laps while Ray Lee and Dave Panich were in the hunt for a podium finish. By the move to the inside lanes Cody had logged 145 laps, good for a three-lap lead over Rob while Noah was one lap back in third with 141 laps. Ray and Dave were another lap back and tied for fourth with 140 laps each. Rick Pare’ trailed by four laps with 136 with Joe Yates at 132, Rolly Lapierre Jr. had 129 and Richard Payne closed out the field with 128.
The standings were scrambled throughout the field in the second half of the race, though Cody continued to dominate, taking the win by six laps when time ran out. However, Noah moved up to second as Rob had several run-ins with the competition and falling somewhat off the pace. The tie between Ray and Dave went Dave’s way as he finished fourth by less than a lap.
There was an eighteen-lap gap to the rest of the field with Joe getting around Rick to lead the way in sixth with a three-lap cushion. Richard moved up to eighth, trailing Rick by three, while Rolly closed out the field.
Noah posted the fastest lap of the night with a 4.202 on yellow, a full tenth faster than Dave’s second fastest time of 4.301 on purple. Fastest lap times were almost evenly divided between purple and yellow, five to four.
