Looks homemade using an over the counter bracket and drop arm.

The drop arm. motor bracket, & the pre-bent piano wire in the center section all appear to be Ferret-made items. If the bracket isn't engraved FERRET on the back, these pieces were made for Phaze III.

 

That Dynamic Porsche body was a popular wing car body in the East for a while after the Lancer Porsche coupes were no longer available & before the O/S Ferrari was made.

As the other Bill has stated, the drop arm, motor bracket, and piano wire main rail all look like a Phase III chassis which would have also had brass strip batpans. It looks like someone has removed the brass strip batpans and fabricated brass tube replacements. The motor looks like a Champion 16D, quite possibly a 517.

I raced Phaze III brass chassis as my weekly race cars on the Modelville Hobby Monarch track in Framingham, MA from 1969-75. These were the raceway's "spec" chassis from Rehco. You could buy them as both kits & assembled chassis.
