I put my best car on the track, gave it some throttle and it proceeded to go about 20 feet, violently shuddering, and then die. Tried it again , same result. I thought that it was the motor, so I put it away and ran other cars instead. Later that night, I took the body off of it to get a better look, and discovered that after taking the chassis apart to straighten it, I had put the outside pan back together with the two arms UNDER the outrigger instead of on top. There will be other screw ups but that's one mistake that I won't make again.
