Mark Edwin Trest, age 63, of Cleveland, Tennessee, entered his eternal rest on July 29, 2026. He was born March 5, 1963, in Demopolis, Alabama, to Edwin Trest and Margaret Trest.
He was an avid slot car racer who also loved woodworking, camping, and watching University of Alabama football.
He is survived by his wife, Juli Freelend; mother, Margaret Trest; son, Matthew (Danielle) Trest; son, Parker Flowers; stepson, Bo (Jackie) Freelend; stepson, Jon (Caitlin) Freelend; three step-grandchildren (McClain, Griffin, Riley); and many wonderful friends.
Mark was a regular at The Raceway in Cleveland, TN, and raced occasionally at Atlanta Raceway and On The Edge Raceway.
