Looking for O-ring front tires at Ace Hardware, I found these "Danco #32 Slip Bibb Gasket" faucet washers at $1 apiece

My custom sized gizmos cost almost nothing and take very little time.

I'll bet you can find some used JK 3/32  X .400 plastic hubs for nothing.

First, narrow the hubs on your truer as desired and sand off the flash nubs.

The washers are a perfect snug fit, trim and true quickly, precisely, and can easily be re-used.

I did two at a time today, worked perfect.

Jig wheel math:

Desired clearance .039" X 2 = .078

Desired wheel OD .680 - .078 = .602"

Used plastic spur gears work well also.

Jig wheels too small? K&S brass strip in 0.016", 0.032" & 0.063" is the answer. Small pieces under each wheel can pretty much fine tune any problem. And don't forget tape!

Pablo, you could also use them for front tires. I've considered it a couple of times, but never followed through.

Street hockey pucks is a good source of front tire material too.
