This looks like one of the ones made by Cobra. You would use it to mount Lexan bodies on a T-Jet. If you clean it up you should see "COBRA" stamped on it.

Looks like it says COBREMITE in reverse.

I've got one. I know it's in a AW catalog 76,77ish. I never ordered from the catalog so it was purchased from Minature Granprix of Westvaill. Not that they are the manufacturer, they are not. Check the previously mentioned catalog.

Funny thing, by the time you use the aforementioned assembly of parts,especially the tape, your almost back to the same weight as a injection moldy body
