I want to thank Rollin for bringing the rules up to date for this season. Great job!
Also, I want to point out that the "courtesy track call" (the 1 1/2 minutes to make an emergency repair) has been somewhat changed. Last year's rule and this year's rule are below.
The main change is, if a car is damaged as the result of hitting another car that had deslotted, this year a driver won't be able to use the rule to make repairs.

LAST YEAR
2.3.6 In order to allow racers to make emergency repairs, each racer will be allowed to request one "courtesy track call" during a race. The race director will time the track call and restart the race exactly one minute and 30 seconds after repairs have begun, or sooner if repairs are completed. If any other car is repaired (other than what a turn marshal is allowed to do), the driver of that car will be deemed to have also used their courtesy track call.

THIS YEAR
2.2.5 In order to allow racers to make emergency repairs in the event of a mistake made by a turn marshal or race director (example … a car is put on the wrong lane or crushed by the turn marshal or the track isn’t promptly turned off in the event or a rider,) each racer will be allowed to request one "courtesy track call" during a race. The race director will time the track call and restart the race exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds after repairs have begun, or sooner if repairs are completed. If any other car is repaired (other than what a turn marshal is allowed to do), the driver of that car will be deemed to have also used their courtesy track call. This courtesy track call is not available to make other repairs or adjustments.
