Oren,

The thing with these motors is getting the right specification. Steady supply is problematic. The ones with Neo magnets are the best.

Get at least two motors from Lucky Bob and a Landshark motor bracket.

These have been popping up on the bay. Just the name Gorski makes me want to use the pans for a build.

Check out bay for more.

Anyone with information on this aftermarket company? They were from Colonia, NJ.

Only other part I saw was HO brass chassis pans.

Thanks,

I tried a 2.5 ohm arm in it but couldn't drive it.

I also tried one with more can removed and custom-fitted poly mags but it picked up the pin.

The car is now named the torsion abortion.

Matt,

I think that is a Parma Schkee. Parma doesn't make them any more so I took an old one and made a mold and make them myself.

The white gear on this one has 22 tooth instead of 24.

Really liking the hand-fabbing parts so I took the next step. Bought an R-Geo chassis jig and some special order jig wheels and axles from Scale Engineering.

Next build, a sidewinder Landshark with a Riggen style motor mount.

This is my last build, a z rail sidewinder with a bronze center rail. This was inspired with conversations with Mike Swiss. It won one race this season in the Midwest Series and a top two car in my box.
