So who will be the third track??? I know who Shane is, but who's the Hammer??? Someone new?? I guess I'll have to bring the A-game!!!
Don't let me and my old man get back to back, he'll take ten steps and I'll have already jumped the gun, but that's just me!!!!
LOL... can't wait for the season, I really got to get to the track soon!!!
The Hammer is old and so is the guy using it just ask your dad.. But it realy works good on that paper clip so you better watch out for the HAMMER!!!! Jerry..The hammer Ward LOL !!

On the gearing: Gr 10 are in the ballpark 10 or 11/37. Maybe a 9 if it`s a rocket.
And an 8 or 9/36 or so on the GTP.
On both classes add 1 tooth to the pinion at a time till you lose your brakes and then back it down 1. All motors are different in what they want to be run at and still have brakes. With the different Cans, Magnets, and Air Gaps. You`re limited to .575 and larger on Gr 10 and no airgap rule on GTP. All the rules are on the website. www.jandbraceway.com
Basically if it runs well on your Dad`s King it`ll be good on my track guide spacing and all. The biggest difference is you can normally lower the spur by 1 or 2 on my track. And that`s not a life or death thing on the way the car performs by any means. Cool?

On the bodies Steve:
The OS have never been sent to me for approval. The Red Fox bodies have never been sent either and seem to have too much rear wing from what I`ve seen, they`re hard to get, and would obsolete what we`re running now. Plus like I said we already have a ton of bodies. I`m still open to others in the next month or so but they will have to conform to the standards of what we are currently running and be readily available from the distributors.
I lobbied for wedges coming back in Gr 10`s and was voted down which was cool. But by the same token I can`t see the sense in allowing the shovels that some are putting on the backs of their bodies now.

The Parma Dome or MG EX 257 also the JK Cadillac for Gr 10. I`ve had real good luck with all of them and can`t say one is better than the other. Just whichever you think looks cooler. Guys also run the Ascari, Lola Judd, his Audi, all JK. So there are many that work good. Just the others were my Preference.
And for GTP the O/S Cadillac seems the best by far. Second goes to the O/S Mercedes.
I get the B which is supposed to be .010 and is actually about .007 when the regular is .007 and seems more like .005. If you want light and a one race body I have them too.
Cheers!

Hmmmmmmmmm Interesting Concept....LOL
But really Justin, the Ol` Man has alot of laps on the Clip so if you wanna have a legitimate shot you really should get here and practice racing your car and not your keyboard Bro. And always remember don`t let your mouth write a check your a$$ can`t cash.
Just my advice take it for what it`s worth. Not too much most of the time to most....LOL.
But I must admit you two do keep a thread Interesting.

As for Justin Frankie, I`m sure you`ll have to build the wife a car. I`ve seen her race and she`ll do well I`m sure. Plus she`ll need to come along so the youngun` will have someone to cry to on the way home.....LOL. Just kiddin` Justin.
It`ll all be fun no matter what. That`s why we do it.
A ton of good racers this year. Got some new ones at my store too. No gimmies that`s for sure!
