Hey Amigos,

Tooo Cold to go anywhere brought out the flat plate and Sledge Hammer, started on straighten my Champion Flexis. Got my GTP C-can motors form Bear. Importing a Cheetah 7 from TR awaiting some D-Can power from Farmer Dan. OCC Racing season starts in 2 weeks! The Hang over race reminded how fun this season going to be! Hopefully the Paper Clip will be more forgiving to me this year NOT!!! It's a bear of a track for me! At least now I have vacation days in place for the OCC Races let the whining of the racers, oops I mean motors begin! Adios for now Amigos

SORRY JUSTIN; That motor won't FLY with bear and the OCC. There handout motors...I'd have to say that motor was SUPER F A S T...
Just cause you beat me in G T / 1 with that motor, I'll never live that down ..I'll let you be on top of the world for a while..

Well, the snow is coming down pretty good at the moment but the forecast for the 16th is HOT times and fast racing. Have had ALOT of phone calls. Should be a very good turnout.

Actually so far the real deal on the weather is mid 30`s and no snow. LOOKIN` GOOD!

Power___A steady 13.6 Volts(3 Power Taps, 2 8D Batteries and a 90 Amp Power Supply keeping it up)

Gearing:
Gr 10___Ballpark 10/37
GTP___Ballpark 8/36

Braid Recess:___.015

The track was cleaned and glued yesterday and had just abit of practice on it since we raced the oval all day. We`ll have our regular thursday program GT-1`s and Gr 10`s and the track will be prime as always for saturday morning. It`s the best practice you can get so maybe you can come on down for thursday too.

Already have plenty of tires, braid, dots, and hopefully all needed for a fun day of racing. But if there are any special requests get ahold of me today or before Noon when I order.
Just got a Fresh batch of Red Rocket Tires and Braid Juice too.

On the Menu cooked by my Bro Mark as always:
A Deer hind quarter and a Backstrap well seasoned & slow cooked to perfection plus a Sirloin Tip cooked the same way for those that don`t like Venison. scalloped potatoes, corn, and biscuits.

Rooms if needed:
Have the Old Orchard Motel set up with very special rates for all racers too. Nice clean place, real reasonable, for a good nights rest. 419-332-4307. Just mention Bear or the OCC race and you`re in.

Not sure. Had a few that was going to go with us, but I haven't talked to them yet. The birthday party was scheduled yesterday, so not many know that I can't go. I'll see most everybody tomorrow, Thurs., or Fri.

Now that`s greatly appreciated Joe!! A true Racer indeed.

My friends own the Old Orchard Motel that I gave the details for in post #60 and I`ll buy you two a room if you wanna bring her and stay the night so you can head out fresh in the morning. Might help on that Dog House situtation. We`ll be done early enough to still have some fun here in town. If not that`s cool too!!

Had a great time racing with you all at Rt. 93. I Know Frankie, Donnie, and Farmer Dan at least will be coming from there, a couple more talking about it. Plus some from HMS(Kit and Cap are at the Chili Bowl in Ok.) so should be a real nice crowd with my locals, some from Michigan, and others coming from way out of town like Joe and Brad.

The weather looks as good as it can for the middle of Jan. in Ohio, high 30`s and sunshine. So I do believe we`re in for a good fun day of racing. The Menu is planned out. Just talked to my Bro today.
Plus Jerry Ward is bringing 10 pounds of Gramma Wards Potatoes!! My mouth is watering already. If you haven`t had them they`re "to die for"!!
