Thanks, fellow "arteeist"! It's a mahogany effect . . . some lace/frisketing . . . some fogging . . . and as is the nature of our painting religion - NO DECALS!Some interesting effects there, Joe. How do you do that?

Just beautiful paint and lettering work on those bodies, especially the BWA body. Great colours and attention to detail. Many thanks for the photos.
You might be interested to know that a body you possibly painted in the early seventies went through on eBay sometime last year for around US$250. From memory it was mostly dark blue with white shading and had Bob Rule's name on the sides. There was also some paperwork with your name and address and "the Noose" on it. I'm sure I kept a copy in the old "interesting eBay stuff" folder somewhere, as it was a seldom-seen colour example of the painting style of the era.
Your "new" work is even better!
Best Regards,

If you ever come across that stuff please share it with me. I did do bodies for Bob Rule along with many of the other pros. Man . . . this is wild.

At last, here is the photo of that old "Noose" body. Sorry about the quality, it is a copy of a copy of a copy, etc. Nice work though.
Looks like some kind of McLaren. Any memories of this one?
