A Ford motor in a Lola. Did anyone in the real Can-Am ever run
this setup? Philippe? Very nice detail and paintwork.

Noose, what did Vinny use to make his velocity stacks from?
Was all the detailing done on a block of plastic glued or taped to the bottom side?
Very interested in detailing, just not sure how to do it all!

He did it all on a sheet of styrene then glued it into the body after making the cutout.

Joe,
Do you remember a guy named Len Picton? I have his old stuff and there are a couple bodies in there that could have been painted by you.

OK, thanks, one down, one to go.

But what about the velocity stacks? How were they made?

Name doesn't ring a bell. Easiest way to check is to see if my "Noose" is on them. That's my signature.

I guess I should have asked if you signed all of them. I don't think they are
signed. Thanks

This was done for a special 10-year-old Cheetah lover who has very bushy pony tails that won't fit under her helmet.

Hi guys,

fabulous work!

Just a single question: Do you do the hand lettering on the inside or the outside and what kind of paint do you use? Lexan-paint? Something different?

Please tell me!

Cheers (back again!;-))

Nope, it's just a continuation of the "bubble" motif".

Yes, they are actual wire venting but they were made from screen I use for models from the hobby shop.
