Joe,

The cars are beautiful. Real easy on the eyes. Nice color, beautiful lettering and detail (as always).

I wish I could paint like that!!!!

I use your work as a guide and yardstick to judge my attempts at painting.

If you are going to steal ( which everyone does), do it from the best!

Do you sleep at all?

Spoiled some more Lexan. Here are a couple of cars for Ralph Klose, Justus Graf and Theresa Graf. This was a collaborated project. Dennis Samson built the Jail Door and D3 NASCAR frames. Justus and Theresa sent me the info on how they wanted the paint schemes to look. I put them all together for them. 2 more Lotus 40s are just about done and those pics will be posted soon.

Thanks John. Got some more in the works that I might be able to done before I leave for the Sano. Didn't post the gizzilion interiors I finished and set out. The Skeleton types are a big hit for the Drag Racers down at SpeedZone.

Noose will be pleased to know that the visiting Graf family did extremely well with the NASCAR cars, and while unfamiliar with the track and while not used to such fast "vintage" cars in their German racing environment, quickly adapted. The father Jens ended in 4th place, while son Justus and daughter Theresa had a more difficult time but nonetheless greatly enjoyed themselves. Their cars also handily won Concours.
The Grafs had to leave and did not race the jail-door cars, they will do this when back in Dusseldorf, on Jens' Minerva track.
The Grafs will be given a tour of the LASCM on Wednesday as part of their visit to the "new country".

I'm glad to hear they had fun, I had to leave just as the Nascars started unfortunately.

What a nice family the Graf family is - it was good to meet them.

And Noose's bodies looked WAY better in the flesh than on the photo, if that's possible. They were just spectacular, especially the Jaildoor cars!

I can post this now since the Sano is over. This was commissioned by Bernie Schatz for Mike Swiss' birthday and it was presented to him at the Sano on Saturday.
