I planned the next proxy for just two races so we will be all done when the Myan calendar runs out. (I hate not finishing things)
After that maybe we can talk Edo into planning a good ol'fashioned Thingie circus over there in Europe again. I think we should do vintage RTR's again.

So...... this is all about:
I,I,I ... Me,me,me bleed it out right here.
I am Not trying to steal any thunder from the series, I loved the series, but wanna keep playing.
The little(?) kid (?) in me keeps saying run it till it stops, ya know ...like...like till it breaks. oops... "I was kinda testing the limits did(n't)..um.. mean to do that Dad"
I don't want to see my or anyones car or memories to get trashed, or hold any grudges... but ... it Marvin came home with the stain of epoxy smoke on the back my feelings... Guess what ... wouldn't be hurt, it would warm my heart, kinda, and what the F could always put a motor back in.
Bet I wouldn't and that every time I took it out I would smell on her
So I made a gesture and probably got a bunch a peoples panties all up in a ______ .
Lemme spit it this way for the young at heart.
The race is over or about it's to start.
Think I don't get your point
Could be you just need some oil in you joint
Maybe there is 8 wanna stay out late.
The re-ward ain't some a-ward don't be-rate
Yea, that's right the one headed to Mars
He thought he was one on the way to pass some starz
They say now Marvins coming back
Now it's hey punk get it of the track
Somebody said that he'll still be runnin
Why. squeak.. even after Jesus is commin
Don't be a twit some of the guys might not wanna quit
Got any balls, keep your ask in the game, .....yo
Yeah-no sometimes it ain't all about the fame
Run some more and be in the game
Or go run and hide and deal with your shame
I'll stop there with this "G" rated version.
Good to get that off my chest
Anybody wanna play, just holler at me or whi't me... .

A BIG THANKS! to everybody who drove EdoTron bringing it to second place!!!
Special THANKS! to Rich “RichKraft” Austin for providing a more than fabulous base for Kaiser Edolf to assemble the ETron, making it possible to do so well in the final results!
Special THANKS! to Lowrider for fixing it when the tongue broke and allowing it to elegantly continue the race!
And, off course BIG THANKS! to Jairus Watson for the hard work he put in for the series to be successful and super fun! Jairus, you’re a big asset to this hobby!
Ciao for now.
Edo
PS: Bob, I don't want to be rude or anything like that but I prefer to have EdoTron back home ASAP, since it still looks in good shape and will be played many times again on my track.

If there are some entries that are to be shipped elsewhere (Bob's endurance thingie?), please send me a PM ASAP, I'm planning on returning all entries to the address from which they came!
Oscar, your car will have to go later. I forgot to have Glenn sign it, but am heading to the track today and have a good Sharpie in my pocket!

Steve and Ray, I think it's neat that you guys would/will run them till they stop. Hardcore die hards!
Jairus, This would not have been possible with out You, if your up to it please put a Sharpie to my car.
Just thought of it ... Marvin took a short trip around the "Planet Earth" on one set of braids...hahaha

My name is Matthew, and I am the "slot car guy" at ASA Hobbies, where we raced your cars this past Saturday. I just wanted to stop in and express to everyone what a great pleasure it was to host your race, and participate in it myself. The cars were very fun to drive - even those that had some strange personalities. As a relatively inexperienced slot car driver, I'm incredibly honored to have driven all the cars in the race.
We would be more than pleased to have more slotblog.net races at our track in the future!
Thanks again!

When you get the time, maybe you could write up a little about your impressions regarding some of the cars please?
Bob, Matt works for Glenn Pullar who owns the shop. Glenn is the guy with his neck out investing in adding a track and slot cars to his existing hobby shop. ASA Hobbies is now the second biggest hobby shop in Oregon as far as square footage. Tammies Hobbies in Beaverton is still the largest but they have nothing for slots there other than HO.

Again thanks to EVERYONE involved, it was really fun.
Just checked out (a quickie) Ol' #15 has no major damage. I think after a good cleaning, a little oiling, and a couple of tweaks, it'd be ready for another ten... AS IS...
