Thanks to everybody especially my motor man John Havlicek and whoever was marshalling the donut...couldn't have made it around the track without youse guys. Thanks for the braid, Randy! That car wasn't going nowhere without it!

I'd also like to thank Eddie W, Jairus W, Janet W, Uncle Gary, Hunter I, Floyd T, Richard C, Sean-Marc E, Eric J, Lisa I, Tom J, Frank R and Wolf I who somehow got a 5.82 hot lap out of that pile. I'll repaint the outside wall on the donut if I ever get down there...'cause I probably wore it out.

Congratulations to all the guys who built something for this race...you too TonyP.

im for giving AL a "mulligan" and let him send a new set of tires to Barney,to install on his car,,,,,,

Hey guy's that's a nice thought, and I would love to run the next leg. But I think it would only be fair if everyone agrees. Afterall, the car was retired and that's that according to the rules.

I do have another set of tyres and on vintage wheels so should be no problem. I just need an address to mail them.

I'll wait to see what the consensus is. If any builders (or Jairus) say no then that's fine, I'm just happy to have been a participant.

OK by me. I'll provde a selection of 1/8 axle tires to Barney and he can choose and replace. Looks like Al used Russkit re-pops and i have two pair of those.....no need to mail anything.
