"OK by me. I'll provde a selection of 1/8 axle tires to Barney and he can choose and replace. Looks like Al used Russkit re-pops and i have two pair of those.....no need to mail anything."
Thanks for that offer Mike K. I'm sure Barney is getting used to repairing my cars. X-calibre did have some Russkits on to start with, but when I tech'd the car I found that they had been sized/trued slightly too small and the gear was a smidge to low. (I don't have a feeler gauge so teching was done with a 1/16 piano wire rod so who knows how accurate that was, maybe I could've got away with it) So I swapped them out and put Blacklight's old boots on instead, they seemed in good order and were the perfect dia. Who'd've known the glue was about to give out, after all the heats in the Dynamic proxy. Well we live and learn. Time to invest in a tyre truer, me thinks, so I can glue and true my own tyres in the future.
See you all on the track at BP.

I was expecting a simply fix with a set screw. So just send the first set of wheels please. Because now after one race all the cars will be under the limit slightly if they were built to the limit!

I have a pair of shod Russkits which I can send out. These are the wheels I started out with that are a little undersize. That would be a simple switch for Barney. I do not have any unmounted tyres.
Then Mike said " I'll provde a selection of 1/8 axle tires to Barney and he can choose and replace. Looks like Al used Russkit re-pops and i have two pair of those.....no need to mail anything ." and as Mike is closer to the action I think that is the easier and quicker option.
So if Mike can get the wheels/tyres to Barney and X-calibre is sent along with the other cars I think we are covered. Yes?
Thanks also to Oscar for his offer of tyres.

EDIT: Barney, I was posting at the same time... I'll leave it in your capable hands...Many thanks. The tyres that got away were Alpha Pirhana. The ones I have here are JKs. It doesn't matter to me what you put on, I'm just pleased to be back in the game. Many thanks.

All the entries are currently on their way to Barney.
X-Caliber is on hold on Randy's kitchen table. He will sent it along later this week.
