I would think since Rick is helping vintage guys by making Dynamic parts now he could get these made up for us if there is a demand. They are getting hard to find on ebay.
Something for the vintage guys

Body mounting holes should be .063 so we can solder in pin tubing. I would buy it.

I would think the demand for these Dynamic body mounts might be greater than that for the guide tongues. Over the years, these mounts have been used on all sorts of chassis, not just Dynamics.
Sam, I used the 401 kit in the early 70's. Pintubing does fit in all the holes.

I don't spend as much time looking for stuff there anymore.
What are they bringing on ebay these days?

At least $15 plus shipping for new ones.

These mounts would definitely be worth repopping , in all the time searching epay for vintage NOS & used stuff only ever encountered 2 or 3 mint in package sets. With only a handful of complete cars with these fitted.
Got several Dynamic chassis waiting at home with no body mounts that would like a set of these

They do require a bit of simple soldering but are much tougher.

Only ever seen one auction for those mounts Don that had several in package. Never actually seen them on a car before ,sounds well worth it for that extra second!

Stay the course Rick and don't mind the detractors. Body mounts are currently being repopped by somebody.
Plus BZ mounts work in place of them in a pinch.
The demand is not nearly as great as a good strong tongue.

Bob, I haven't seen them either. But I'll make my own before I spend $10 for BZ ones.

I was racing the Dynamic parts in our Dynamite class in 1967 before some of you kats were born.
Most everyone had a Dynamic frame left over so we started racing them in original Retro races. Very popular division as Dynamic released better and better parts. Good for beginners and generated cash for the track.

Those don't look repopped to me. They look original. Pretty fair price too!

Rick, great stuff. I did not see one question covered, maybe I missed it. What size guide hole are you making it with? They all look like 3/16" but it is hard to judge. I figured you could make them all 1/8" and it could be enlarged for by the buyer for 3/16" or whatever. I still use both sizes.
Dynamic made many changes on these tongues over the years and many where offered with 1/8" or 3/16" holes. I have many variations.
Not that it matters much, but here are just a few variations I have. All are slightly different. Last on the right has been enlarged.
