Not my gig but.... ?

Again! Not trying to be a party pooper, just a realist.

Mike,

How old is the roof re-dux? Looks like a rolled not hot tar/gravel flat.

Is it a plenum drop tile ceiling?

Are your tracks covered by insurance for water damage?

Bob,

Thanks for your concern.

Whatever the roof is, it must work pretty well, because despite the rough winter we had, the drop -ceiling tiles aren't water stained at all,

like they are in my existing location.

The drop ceiling is a nice feature for a raceway.

You get a pretty good warning before all Hell breaks loose.

After seeing the post of the photo showing the front of the new location I can't help but think it is the classic stereotypical slot racing location we have often seen over the years.   Track on one side and pizza joint on the other.  No reason to leave the premises!

His current location had Thai, Mexican and Subway.  And for the adventurous you could have 7-11 across the road make you something to eat.  LOL

  Time for some American food.

One of my favorite places, Boston Market, is just a short walk through the parking lot west of me, and across a side street.

McDonald's and Five Guys are about a 2-3 minute drive.

Nothing wrong with it being a little closer to my house. A dragstrip, huh? I see some of my old

'60s vintage drag cars coming out of storage.
