I hate I'll miss racing next week. I'll be in town May 12-15.
Are you typically working late at the track? Maybe I can still come by on Wednesday night and lend a hand with anything?

Anyway got it done and got down some grey epoxy last night.
I'm surprised how decent it turned out.
Now I can move the flat track sections in the finished area, and paint the area where they were.

I got another 800+ sq. ft. chunk of the floor painted last night.
That will give me more than enough room to get the flat track positioned and bolted together.
Once that's done, all the guys who have contacted me, offering help, can come by pretty much any time to help tune up the flat track braid while I go back to the (even) more miserable job of scraping mastic off of the cement floor.
That mastic/glue is the reason I've had time to still pack and ship orders, usually the same day, and post here a bit on Slotblog.
In the above pic, it's actually still on all the non-painted surfaces shown, obviously way thicker/real thick under the King legs.
Scraping is something you just can't physically do for ten hours a day and I need regular breaks.
Anyway, I know it's a holiday weekend, but if anyone is available on Saturday for two-three hours of track positioning, please contact me.

My mail order business is real "retrocentric" and that crowd keeps an eye on my Parts Counter ads.
If you are looking for other stuff, PSCR and PCH are good choices.

Was down at BPR this morning getting a little flat track practice in, but, also talking to Jay Henry and he showed me one of his Can-Am cars with your chassis. Not only does it look very nice, he said it handles like a dream.
Good for you, JJ.

It took four hours, about half of that time repositioning sections to maximize the room for future tracks, complicated by the narrow front section of the store.
Big thanks to Chuck Gambo, Larry Kelley, Brian Meharry, and his better third, Edmalyn, for their help on a beautiful holiday weekend.
