Will you be offering any RTR chassis or do you have to buy the parts individually. Would it be possible to buy all the parts that you would need in 1 deal. Something like the link below.

 The chassis looks pretty cool.

I would think 3D printers would be a more efficient and accurateway to make body molds.

But would the material stand up to the molding process?

They could be made in a matter of minutes rather than days. Imagine the time that could be saved making all those Ti22 variation molds. Or wing car bodies with slight variations

There are NO King tracks in New Zealand :(

Formula One races are conducted on both clockwise and anti-clockwise circuits - the majority are run clockwise. See here.

There is one King track in NZ,Zip.

It's in private hands and belongs to a well known NZ motorsports family.

It was shipped from Australia about 18 months ago.

Sorry for the thread drift and Thanks to Zip for the Wiki link.

From that link; sorting the info in Excel it is easy to see that F1 races are overwhelmingly run clockwise with only 8 road/race courses having been run anti-clockwise. Of the Street courses almost exactly half 7 vs 8 have been run clockwise.

So for the race purest we should run our F1 races clockwise. :) Don't see that happening. :dash2:

About three weeks ago there was this amazing show here in St. Petersburg promoting FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)....St. Pete Makers (StPeterMakers.org) and the Art Distict's Enclave.

There were two manufacturers with 3D Printers and two companies who you could retain or hire to build your stuff. The density of the products has increases to where I was told cracking or chipping has been reduced greatly.

Why is no one trying guild flags or wheels? This would be an area (I feel) would help reduce cost and support someone who has a printer.  Has anyone done so? Have I been fried in the heat of St. Pete to long already?

There are some things, due to their simplicity, that are much more economically done by injection molding. In

the case of the Rapid_Slot chassis, the number of side cores required would make the mold very expensive,

Guide shoes and wheel hubs can be molded in simple cavity molds with only one or no side action required.

The guide shoes need to have the slots for the braids cored, but all other openings can be created in the

moving and stationary inserts. The guide post can even be molded with the threads already done. Plus, with

many more guide shoes and wheel hubs needed than chassis, the cost of the tooling is more quickly amortized.
