I was not putting out feelers on a proxy guys. Only that if someone were to start rumors.... I would be interested in competing. But running another, considering the time the first three took (or was it 4?) me, I'd rather just build and submit an entry.

This project was simply an exercise of bench racing.

 

I have a period 1968 Dynamic kit chassis and body here that needs attention next. So stay tuned.

Maybe it's the title and the last Dynamic proxy you put on was such a hit!

They are 'demanding' to put on.. it's project management, it's work.

 

I'm working on a plan to potentially give 'old cars' a place to play, near and far.

 

Till then, I'm ready for a Dynamic proxy as an entrant.

I'm trying to redo an old memory Dynamic, Was Dynamic frame holding a kemtron (503) with big dynamic Mag slicks on back normal narrow front wheels and a GS Vette body. Wasnt blazing fast but would roll full power into curves and , roll out and blast away again! Ive got most parts cept the body, so It could be a proxy entrant !

Might be something I'd consider holding here in the Pacific Northwest for one race if we can get a field of cars* eventually.

No official rules have been posted yet Phil.
Are you willing to take part or... .perhaps take the lead?

 

If there were a rules list, I would have to suggest that the cars be built completely from Dynamic parts or be totally of Dynamic origin less rear rubber tires.

(As yet I have not found a good Dynamic crown gear.)
Bodies can be re-popped.. but have to be originally sold under the Dynamic banner.  Including hard bodies of course.
Not sure if we want to include the 1970 angle-winder chassis... but definitely sure I don't want to be in charge.

Seeing as Dynamic were subsidiary of AMT, maybe include 1960's AMT misc. parts like gears, wheels, guides, axles, motors.

Maybe bodies??

NO AMT chassis tho.

Take the plan for the first race to Bill Pinch at The Raceway.biz

 

We could run all in a three track challenge with qualifying. Hillclimb 13.8v, Oval 11v and Drag Strip 14.7v.

1.5 minute per lane on roadcourse and oval. (no-smoke)

Four drivers, 4 cars start and next four come in round robin, driver stays in lane and cars are separated by one so we can 'drift' in the corners and reduce carnage. 

 

I'll enter a car ...

 

 

Eight cars max.

 

All original Dynamic parts including Cast chassis and OEM brass body mounts. 

Any motor configuration that is designed to fit the Dynamic mount part # used. 

The only thing that can be soldered is the lead wires.

Any body up to 1970
