Hey guys,

Here another "coulda been" built to the 2015 rules.

Pittman 6001 BB with an X arm, Shinoda repop Hammerhead (or Dart II) painted chrome and black.

Dyed Parma 33 tooth with 8 tooth pinion, one off front wheel retainers loctited on for free wheeling fronts, Pro-Track's front and rear ground to fit.

117 grams fighting weight.

I'm hoping someday this race will happen. :victory:

Oh, that is sweet!

Love the Hammerhead and paint job.
Love the Pittman can.
Love the wheel inserts.

What kind of screws are you using to hold the front axle holder, weight, and tongue on?

Wow, thanks guys!

The screws are available on eBay, I did have to shorten the flat head down about .020" to get them to sit flush on the Dynamic tongue. They use a 1/16" allen wrench in their socket. I've bought many times from Albany County Fasteners and they always deliver quickly and sell top quality goodies.

The wheel retainers were made from 1/4" K&S brass round stock cut to .120" long, flat bottom drilled .126" diameter to .100" deep to fit on the axle ends then dolled up with a tiny center drill, 6 holes to .007" deep on a .185" base circle to simulate lugs.

HUH?? :shok:

I didn't say anything about illegal pans!

Those pans ARE fully legal per this year's rules.

Your GE looks like it would be quite a contender to me. :sun_bespectacled:

Yep, same pans as on my Marcos Joe... where did you get the idea they were illegal? Maybe there was some talk at the beginning about what would be legal, especially the tilt pans, but I think in th end everything Dynamic was A-OK.
