Now, in .032"  thick brass, the diameter is lathe turned to fit on all 3/16" post, commercial track, guide shoes.
 
Slightly oversize hole will easily slip over threaded posts.

CR053 CNC machined square bearing holder

 

Fits in all chassis that take 1/4" square bushings.

Once (easily) soldered in place, the user can install any standard 3/16" OD, 3/32"axle ball bearing, or 3/32" or 1/8" axle, bushing, in this super-stout, carrier.
 
Note, the bore has to be opened up ever so slightly for 3/32" ball bearings.

CR058 CNC machined, .063" thick aluminum, with recesses at approx. .010", .020", .030", .040", .050" & .060", for repeatable pinion spacing, without the aggravation of accidentally pushing the pinion all the way up to the bushing.

 

A 2nd one can be purchased, for long spacing, from .070"-.120".

 

Additional ones can also be sanded on the back side, say .005" thinner, for spacing at .005"-.055", with .010" increments.
