Do you mean the Hot Wing? They pop up on Ebay every now and then, mostly on complete cars. I've picked up a couple that way to put on my old Flexi/Flexi 2 chassis. I haven't been able to find them for sale anywhere else.

Thank you. I just bought a couple Flexi 1 chassis on Ebay that came from the Buzz A Rama basement auction.

Just to stir things up a bit.. I got 3 steel pan chassis from the seller on Ebay who said they came from the Buzz A Rama basement auction. 2 are without a doubt Parma Flexi 1 chassis. The third one is identical to pictures on here and elsewhere of a Ferret chassis except instead of 2 rivets there is 1 screw. Now I know some folks replaced the rivets with screws back in the day but.. there are no holes ever for a rear rivet. So what have I got here ?

Hello slot car racers, I reconnected with after a few years since covid and he said here, I have a gift for you and handed me this slot car. I red through this thread and saw that this was a Flexi-Kar narrow for F1 if I am not mistaken. Ive been playing with my old champion astro ive had since the 90s so this will be a spar car in case one of my kids wants to head down to the track. There wasnt much discussions on the bodies that would fit. Would any of the narrow bodys from Parma work? I like the retro bodies

Anyone know what style 1/16 front wheels came on a Astro flex RTR? Trying to make mine as original as possible. it has the cone shaped ones on it now.

I also just fixed up a trinity spyder with the hoop around the guide and man is that a flimsy chassis. Quite the pain to get straight. It runs really good though I was very surprised.

Looks good Mark, that one is nice and clean.

I've only been back into slot cars for a couple of years, and I don't know if I've ever seen an original Astro, but there's a NOS RTR Turbo Flex on Ebay at the moment that appears to have the same wheels as your car, so I'd say there's a good chance they're correct.
