are the International 32 and Flexi Womp the same?

No, not exactly, but sort of similar. To my eye, the International 32 looks a bit more like a Flexi 2, but they're somewhat similar. I'd be glad for a sheet for a Flexi Womp, too, if there's one out there.
Here's a post about a Flexi Womp-

And here's the International 32-

No, they aren't the same Paul. The Int. 32 is a stamped 2-piece brass chassis with separate pans & center section. A womp is stamped from one piece of steel or one piece for brass.
Jason, the Int 32 chassis I have & womp did not come with any setup/instruction sheets. Do a Google for those chassis & see what you can find. There used to be an Aussie setup article on the Int. 32. I never had a Flexi 4, but Old Weird Herald had extensive threads on the Flexi 1 & 3. I don't recall either of them coming with any literature, but that would have been more than 10-15 yrs. ago. The Parma Flexi Womp in the link you posted above hasn't been available for at least 20 years. I think Parma replaced it with the brass Int. 32.

Jason, Parma had both a 4" & a 4 1/2" Flexi 3 chassis. They didn't look anything like each & their setups were totally different too. The last flexi chassis Parma sold was a Flexi 5. I never had their Flexi 4 or Flexi 5.

I have 4 flexi womps and none of them came with an instruction sheet

I'm not sure what all Parma cars came with a sheet, but I have one from a NOS Flexi 5 that I bought recently. Parma actually has a digital copy of that on their page for that chassis, in this link, under other images- https://parmapse.shp...b-chassis?pp=15
Like I said, I have one for a Flexi 2, and there's a Flexi 3 chassis on Ebay right now that has the sheet for it, so I would assume that there should be one for at least everything after the Flexi 2.

Paul, you wouldn't have any interest in selling one of those Flexi Womps, would you? I'd love to have one for my collection.
actually, I need 1 more, I have a 30' 5 lane commercial type track in my basement and those cars are perfect for my non slotcar friends to run when they come over, I even have one set up as a miniature wing car, it's just the cutest little thing!
I do have a Parma "Italian Chassis" I'd part with though.

Paul, can you post a picture of that "Italian Chassis? I recall seeing Proslot's Italian "Demon", but Parma's escapes me. I'm not interested in purchasing it, I just want to see what I'm forgetting.. For nearly 50 years, Parma has sold all kinds of slot car products, many which I've never seen.

I actually have an International 32 that I just set up with a NOS Ferret premount 1/32 wing car body. They are right cute!

Paul, have you considered building some brass/wire womp chassis for those other womps you'd like to have?

if i recall correctly, OWH had an excellent flexi 2 build article several years ago. i dont recall who did the article, but it worked very well as my A prod chassis.

John, that Flexi 2 build article was originally on Slotside(It was still up, 2 weeks ago, but the site is currently down.), but somebody might have copied it to OWH. It was written by Parma's Steve Koepp.
How was the racing at Modelville today? Did you see any old friends while you were there? Did you get any leads on the endbell you wanted?

thats exactly right, bill. i had forgotten. great article and build. it made that chassis very competitive. i found it easy to drive and forgiving. had a 3rd place finish in A prod with it. i dont know who was more surprised; me or the chassis! i still have it

John, I've still got some Flexi 2 parts including the cars I build for my kids to race at QCS. I built one into a special car for Cheetah racing, but it was a dud! Or at least the motor was. I changed the body & motor of my NASCAR so I could run the next week. That car was a jet all summer. It's still setup.
Jason ,here's a link to a thread that I came across that has some International 32 photos with lead placement, etc. You might find it interesting. Parma Intl 32 - General Technical Info & Advice - Slotblog

The Proslot 'Demon' was an updated version of the Parma 'Italian 1/32" that both imported. Both were used in the Chicago area with Strap X-12s to outrun all of the Int'l 32 cars.
As long as you are looking into older stamped 1/32 frames, do not forget the Parma anglewinder 'mighty womp/wiggle womp' -- 3 inch WB in brass and steel where the body mount pan was located by three crimped prongs - which liked to break off on the steel frames.

Yes, they were around in the mid-90s. I never had any, so I never knew what they were made from. Some place I recently saw a wing car that used them, maybe on Facebook.

Thanks everyone, the setup tips are welcome, but I'm actually interested in seeing the sheets from a collector's/curiosity perspective, not necessarily that I'm expecting that there will be magic setup tips in them.
But in reference to the setup stuff, does anyone have links to the Old Weird Herald Flexi and Flexi 3 threads? Maybe my Google skills are lacking, but I can't seem to find them.

I actually have one of those chassis to try, though I remember seeing them sold as a "Super Womp", back when I was a teenager. I haven't built it yet, but I'm looking forward to trying it.
I wouldn't be opposed to trying a Proslot Demon, too, if anyone knows where I can find one. I've seen them on forums and such, but haven't been able to find one yet. I seem to have developed a fascination with 1/32 scale flexi-style chassis.

a wing bodied womp with a grp 20 or super wasp motor would be insane!
