Haruki thanks for letting me know that! It looks just like yours and Gary's and Duran's but not like mine or TJ'S chassis.
The sad thing is that when I take pictures all the racers are moving the cars around and I can't keep up with what they are doing.
Next time I will tell them to get lost.
Don't have it in my data base, sorry Jay, but it was an other cooky cutter chassis from Kamo - san.
I know you know that.

Thanks Mark, this will be one of my last race reports till end of July. I know I will cover the one year celebration of S.C.R.R.A that's for sure,
After July my one year contract is over, if the Moderators are willing to give me free range on S.C.R.R.A site I will be OK but I want as well get my PM's back as well if I post under "Nesta World" I want also to have my post showing on new post section's, if not, July after the anniversary is my last gig,heck it is just so much I can take at this point.
Get Keith back and that way I just can show up to race.

I had a great time racing all weekend. Thanks go out to a lot of people who helped put on the race, the BPR staff, SCRRA, and everyone else who helped contribute to the event. A big thanks to Jimi Bling for giving me a place to crash all weekend, had a great time, Oscar for loaning me a great F1 that he let me do what I pleased with it, Jason for the retro pro motor, Parma for all their help, and anyone else I'm missing. It was great to see everyone and can't wait until next time.

Great reporting Nesta, keep it up.

Glad you could make it!! The fantastic F1 finish for the win between you and Alex Freund was a perfect ending to a great weekend with Alex just nipping you by car lengths!! Here is the finish again. Congrats also for a great run to 3rd in Can Am!!

This kind of comment based on misunderstanding would inflate unnecessary fights between SoCal & IRRA.

Ken,
Haruki has it right, and your comment is not accurate. The IRRA race reports are almost always first class. As far as Nesta's permissions on Slotblog, it is none of yours or anyone else business.

The IRRA Report is nice, Nesta's reports really show what was going on at the track, the personal side of the day. Nesta works long and hard to post, and we will miss him as Nesta is giving up his reporting at the Anniversary of SCRRA. So, enjoy the reports while you can, Thank you Nesta for everything that you have done to keep the reporting alive.

The question will be now, will there be any reports on SCRRA races going forward ? Maybe Philippe can enlighten us on the process on the easiest way to post pictures. Then maybe I could help to post some of the pictures taken at the race.

If you actually looked at some of the East Coast reports you'd find that most of the races are handled quite respectably and the majors races reported by Noose are simply outstanding. I don't know what you are looking at.

As for Nesta, My advice to him was to stop whining and complaining as I'm sure the same people who he pissed off before are starting to shake their heads thinking, here we go again with this guy.......

Maybe Philippe can enlighten us on the process on the easiest way to post pictures.

I posted this many times before, but here it goes again.

1/ No need for Photobucket or ANY other storage website. YOUR COMPUTER and an internet connection is all you need.

2/ Your photo managing program in your computer, regardless of which it is, allows you to format the SIZE of your pictures. If you look in the report above, Nesta's pictures are a bit too large at 800 pixels of width. The ones from the FRIDAY report I posted are a manageable size, of a maximum of 600 pixels WIDE. The ones posted by Bryan are an ideal size, 640 pixels wide. Height and definition (in dots per inch) are irrelevant, width is.

3/ Once your pictures are formatted in YOUR computer at the proper WIDTH, file them in a specific folder so that you can find them and easily load them. They are now ready for transferring on Slotblog.
To do so, open or reply to a thread and once started, you will see a tab at the bottom of the window, that says: "More reply options". Click on it.
This will give you a new window, and at the bottom it says:
"Attach Files", with a tab underneath that says "Choose files".
Click on the tab. This opens a window in YOUR documents on YOUR computer. Browse YOUR documents to find the folder in which you have parked your pictures, click on the folder to open it and select the pictures you want, up to 10 at a time (click ctrl while selecting them all with your mouse). Try to post less pictures than Nesta does because I am falling asleep just waiting for the pictures to load. Simply WAY too many... Once you have highlighted the pictures (they turn blue!!!), at the bottom of the page is a tab that says "enter'. Click on it.

The pictures (with a small icon) will now load up automatically at the bottom of your post. Once loaded, you can now click on them (at the right of each) and this will place them as an "attached image" in your post. Click then "post" or "add reply" and guess what, your pictures will be in the post you made.

Frankly it is not rocket science, and anyone with two ounces of brain matter can do it. It beats the heck of using Trashbucket or other storage sites, and once on Slotblog, they will never disappear because they become an attachment to the site instead of an outside link. If you use Photobucket or other storage sites, they will be lost once you or the storage site cleans up the files to allow for more...

Thanks Philippe for the update. It will be helpful moving forward I am sure. We only have one more race for the Anniversary of SCRRA, it started a year ago. Wow, seems just like yesterday A BIG THANKS TO ALL THAT HAVE MADE THE SCRRA THE RETRO RACING GROUP AT BUENA PARK RACEWAY !
