I just went looking for the link for you. They were hosted on my webpage. GONE. Another undiscovered causality of having to switch webhosts from the completely incompetent GoDaddy. I will track them down at my soonest opportunity and repost with a link forwarded to you.

I am looking for the rules for the RetroPro class that is being run in the ORS series this year. Does anyone know where to find them?
Thanks in advance

Can someone post about the #4 ORS Retro race coming next Saturday, November 7, to Tri-State Raceway in Middletown, OH. I am unable to "pin" it.

Will the .812 rear tire/ .050 rear clearance rule be in effect for F1 at the 10/22/16 ORS race?

This would have been nice to know ahead of time. ORS shoud have had told the racers of this tracks rules.

Sorry. But this has been in effect for over 10 years. I guess I assumed everyone knew. Shouldn't be a problem though. Just put .812 tires on your .790 car you run at MMW and you have the required.050 clearance.

No min dia on anglewinder. .810 max width, .050 rear clearance, The .812 dia only for Can-Am, F1, and Coupe. Keep your shirt on, Ralph.
The lack of any credible evidence is proof the conspiracy is working!

Out here at BPR we run RetroPro quite often. Our clearance's are now .040" in the rear, .015" in the front with .790" tires. This helps the cars handle the horsepower better. We also changed the body rules to allow "CLEAR" front wheel wells so you can see the front wheels without cutting wheel wells out. NO sticker fronts. This helps keep the integrity of the bodies in shunts and also helps the handling. These cars are HARD to drive at times - and need all the handling help they can get!
FWIW.

Tim,
This race is on an original American King. They can't go that low or the track would be destroyed in the bank.

Our Retro Anglewinder class is loosely based on your RetroPro rules. I borrowed your rules, after asking Bryan Warmack if he would care, and adapted them to what we were looking for. Even though we use a slower motor than you they are still a handful. But FUN!!
