"Close to the vest" huh Oscar?

14 days to go, plenty of time actually.
But now I need to gather the shirt sizes of those who want a t-shirt.
Anyone who took part in the Dynamic Challenge do not need to respond because I already have that info.
But anyone new to this race... or anyone who just wants to buy a shirt but not enter are welcome to please send me a PM with your shirt size.
Shirt alone is $20.00 just like before. Slightly higher charges apply if you are in outer-mongolia or somewhere foreign.
All proceeds of shirt sales go to keeping this proxy moving.
Entrants as before... the entry fee covers your shirt costs.

Ray,

Thanks!

Jaak,

Your Jaak Works operation is quite serious looking. I am sure many great slot cars have emerged from there.

"Sleeper" should not be awaken! Looks very potent...!

Regarding the Proxy...build on my friend!

Max,

Some Okísh ones,
The ones i am proud of i can count on one hand.

Let's say i have been warming up for a few years, this year Thing(ies) will change.
It has been more then a year ago since i touched a soldering iron or a paintcan/brush,
i like to keep things going from now on.

I have been doing a lot of talking but no actions..one of my favorite sayings i need to use now...
Don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk..
Hate to see me go down as a talker and not a walker.

Concernig #697: I got it. With a little help from my solder iron. Seems to be a kind of 30 years old cement in it.
By the way: What fits old ball bearings: Oil or grease? :wacko2:

Tschö!

Jens i think Oil is the way to go.

Yay read the whole thread..26 pages :wacko2:

I feel enlightened and am of to bed now.

Jairus are we allowed to use collars for the guide...........

Yes, Collar or "O" ring or screw with washers were all used back in 1970. In fact... anything that WAS used in 1970, including the funky Riggen push on guide clip is legal.

Gear ratio advice needed. I'm running a lightweight ugo frame with a grp7 b can that looks like a 25g or 26g single. I've got a 7t pinion fitted, but would I be better off with a 6t? Track's too far for me to try both so I'm just going to have to pick one. Regards Steve c
